Objective
Your goal is to move all cards into four foundation piles, sorted by suit in ascending order from Ace to King. This is done by strategically moving face up cards between the tableau, stockpile, and waste pile.Solitaire Setup
The game uses four main areas:- Tableau: The main play area with 7 columns and 28 cards total. Each column increases by one card from left to right. Only the top card in each column is face up.
- Stockpile: The remaining 24 face down cards used when no moves are available in the tableau.
- Waste pile: Cards drawn from the stockpile are placed face up here and can be played.
- Foundation piles: Four empty piles where cards are built by suit from Ace to King.
Solitaire Rules
- Only face up cards can be moved or played.
- Cards can be moved between tableau columns if they are one rank lower and of the opposite color (for example, 6 of Clubs on 7 of Hearts).
- Sequenced groups of cards can be moved together if the top card follows the alternating color rule.
- When a face up card is moved, the card beneath it is flipped face up and becomes playable.
- Foundation piles start with an Ace and are built upward in the same suit.
- Only Kings or sequences starting with a King can be placed into empty tableau columns.
- Draw cards from the stockpile when no moves are available on the tableau.
- Once the stockpile is empty, the waste pile can be flipped back into the stockpile to continue playing.
